Trash Service in Paradise

Atex Trash Service is a locally owned, father-and-son company serving parts of Parker, Tarrant, and Wise Counties, and Paradise is part of the area we work in. Founded on July 5th, 2010 in Fort Worth by Billy Green and Tim Green, Atex has grown to serve roughly 3,000 residential customers while keeping the same neighborly, straightforward approach it started with.

For residents of Paradise, that means dependable service from a local team that knows North Texas roads, clear answers when you call, and no long-term contracts. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you in.

Households in Paradise can choose from three residential schedules. Weekly service is our most popular option at a published $44 per month, with fuel surcharges and taxes included in the residential rate. Every-other-week service is $22 per month for lighter households, and monthly service is $11 per month for low-volume properties like workshops or occasional-use homes.

Each pickup includes up to 5 large 30-gallon bags or 10 small 13-gallon bags. Bag and tie all trash, keep each bag around 25 pounds, and have it at the curb by 7 AM on your service day. Extra bags are $2 each. Atex does not rent trash cans, so you are welcome to use your own can or set tied bags at the curb.

Atex also rents 14-yard roll-off dumpsters in Paradise. A rental is $395 plus 8.25% Texas sales tax, for a published total of $427.59. Containers are delivered and emptied by our own team and work well for home cleanouts, remodels, brush and yard cleanups, and smaller construction projects.

Each container has a two-ton maximum and should not be filled above the top edge. Paint, chemicals, tires, and roofing are not allowed. Our fleet of eight containers is often mostly rented, so request early and let us know about gates, soft ground, or tight driveways so delivery goes smoothly.

Residential service is prepaid. Invoices typically go out around the 7th of the month and payment is due by the 1st. You can pay online through PayPal or by card on our Bill Pay page; processing fees may apply. Because routes are planned road by road, service can vary even within the same town. The best way to know for sure is to send us your address. If we can reach you, we will say so plainly, and if we cannot, we will tell you that too rather than leave you guessing.

To protect our crews, equipment, and the landfill, some items do not belong in household trash or roll-off containers. Paint, chemicals, tires, and roofing materials are not accepted, and other hazardous materials should be handled through proper disposal channels instead.

Heavy or loose material is another common problem. Keep bags tied and around 25 pounds, and keep roll-off loads under the two-ton limit and below the top edge. When in doubt about any item, call before you set it out. A quick question up front saves a missed pickup or an extra trip later.

Do I have to sign a contract? No. Atex does not require long-term contracts. Do you provide trash cans? No, Atex does not rent cans, so use your own can or set tied bags at the curb. What time should trash be out? By 7 AM on your service day.
